We may from time to time discontinue products or rename them. If you cant find what your looking for please email info@berelascents.com and we will either help you find the product if available or offer an alternative.

We do not test any ingredients or products on animals, this has been our policy from day one.

We make every single candle by hand. We test, create, pour and label in our workshop in Wiltshire.

We do not use any preservatives in our candles.

Our packaging is recyclable and we only use glass vessels.

Prices of products are correct at the time of publication. We have the right alter, change or amend price of any product at any given time without any notice. If a product is cheaper now then we are not obliged to issue a refund for the difference.

All of our products are individually handmade in small batches. By nature they might have air bubbles, color variation and slight imperfections. These are not considered as a fault but a unique feature of our creation and will not in affect the use of our product.

It is very important to keep the candle lit the first time you burn it until the entire surface is liquid. This is so the residual wax doesn’t stick to the inside of the container known as tunneling. We advise you do this every time you light the candle and trim your wick 1/4”.

If you leave your wick too long this will cause a larger flame and will melt more wax. This will give the candle more fuel, causing more soot. Your candle will last less longer than the calculated time.
